L’Esprit du Sud is an independent and committed estate agency in Rabastens and Gaillac, founded in 2007 by Christine Juan. With expertise in real estate, construction and in construction insurance, the agency was built on a strong conviction: real estate is above all a story of people, far beyond a simple financial transaction.

Specialising in character properties, both old and contemporary, L'Esprit du Sud supports sellers, buyers and investors with a personalised approach based on trust, listening and ethics. Each sale or purchase is treated as a life project, with a thorough knowledge of the building, regulatory aspects and the local market.

Based in Rabastens and Gaillac, the agency generally operates in the north of the Tarn, Tarn-et-Garonne and Haute-Garonne departments. Since 2026, we have been part of a network covering the whole of France with other independent agencies. For more than 15 years, over 420 properties have been sold thanks to rigorous support and a demanding selection of projects.

Thanks to specialised international partnerships, L’Esprit du Sud also promotes and markets its properties to an international clientele.
