Description of property

On entering the property, a large arched porch in very good condition welcomes you and opens onto a slightly sloping courtyard around which the various buildings are located. In the main house, a rustic kitchen of approx 30m2 and at the rear a room which could become the utility room. To the left of the entrance, a room on a half landing and underneath a double cellar, a toilet and a recent shower room, at the back, a first access to the other cellars and barns. On the first floor, 4 rooms from 14 to 35 m2 and again an access to the barns at the back. To the left of the porch, a first dovecote, then a courtyard and finally the old stable with its barn. The roof of the latter has also been restored. Going around the main building, you will discover the second dovecote slightly overhanging the wood which goes down to the fallow land of almost one hectare. Other woods and detached plots of land make up a privileged environment. You will see 4 large bedrooms, a shower room with Italian shower, recently redone, a toilet, a kitchen and a large cellar.

Our opinion

Medieval property from the 18th century, with great potential as they say in the business ! Quiet location in a hamlet and a large plot with mature trees of several local species.
