Approached down a driveway and located within a few minutes walk of the centre of a pretty village with its bar and restaurant, this pretty stone built 4 bedroom house (319m2) appears below you as you drive over the crest of the driveway. It is set in just under 1.5 ha of land with gardens, some fine mature trees and a 12m long salt water pool with a huge terrace area and pool house where you can enjoy a glass of something overlooking the pool and grounds with lovely countryside view beyond. What are you waiting for?

A rare piece of property that bears part of the history of Saint-Sulpice. The Auberge de la Pointe already existed in the 17th century and was located opposite the ferry across the river. It welcomed merchants and also served as a horse relay for private individuals. Around 1785, it became a coaching inn and one of the liveliest places in Saint-Sulpice. Between the wars, it became an Auberge and from 1983 to 2005, a renowned restaurant.
This large building, flanked by a dovecote and a swimming pool in need of restoration, as well as terraces at the back nestling in parkland facing the river, could lend itself to many projects. It could be used as a hotel, given its current configuration, or as a home for people, businesses, participative housing, senior citizens' shared accommodation, etc. .... or, more simply, as a home for a large family looking for an exceptional property.
A single-storey, 5-room house with 145 m2 living space, garden, detached garage, storeroom and cellar, in Rabastens, in a quiet, well-placed neighbourhood close to everything.
Its charm comes from both its style and its surroundings. There are four bedrooms, a fitted kitchen, a bathroom, a shower room and two toilets. The interior may need updating, but it is perfectly habitable as it stands. You could improve its energy performance by adding a stove where the old oil stove used to be, changing the windows and adding insulation in the attic. The cellar and the real cellar underneath it are undeniable assets. And what about the garden, the well and the detached garage!

We are delighted to offer this lovely classic Tarnaise mill house (320m2) dating from around 1820 which has been beautifully renovated over the years to provide a very comfortable family home with four bedrooms and potential to use for B&B as well. There are plenty of outbuildings, a pool, a lake , a potager and orchard. Together with the land of just over 6 ha it could be ideal as a small equestrian property or for other animals and it is privately located at the end a driveway. It is situated just 5 minutes from Cahuzac sur Vere, 20 minutes from Gaillac with all its commerces or about an hour from Toulouse with its airport.
PRICE REDUCED = Often we say, 'what a view from this house' and in this case, it is really true. We are delighted to be selling a pair of stone houses, each with 4 bedrooms, so ideal for a family to share accommodation or even to use one and then let the other. Lots of possibilities. There is also a hangar to the side and below the house there is 1,2 ha of land, mostly grassland but with an area of mixed woodland at the bottom of the land. The left hand house is connected to another property belonging to a neighbour.
Just a few minutes from Gaillac, this is more than just a house with 7 rooms, including 4 bedrooms, each with its own shower room and toilet. This is a truly elegant and refined home, both in terms of the materials used (beautiful floors, moldings, staircase) and those used by carpenters and an interior decorator. Two terraces and a garage.

On the outskirts of Rabastens, this traditional local house has been completely renovated to a very high standard of comfort, with efficient electric heating and an equally efficient and much-appreciated closed hearth fireplace. The kitchen and shower room are pretty and spotless.
Each room is particularly well maintained and some original features have been carefully preserved to recall the history of the place: the old, large fireplace or 'cantou', where our ancestors used to sit for evenings out, the beams, the old floorboards in the large bedroom with its decorative fireplace, and another just as beautiful in the second bedroom.
In front of the house, an enclosed park with tall mature trees and hedges. Further on, the plain stretches out.
